I have recently (defended November 24th, 2020) completed a Ph.D. in Political Science at the University of Pittsburgh. I am a big fan of Elinor Ostrom, and, along with the Swedish economist Knut Wicksell, her work inspires my research. In my previous life I was a network and voice/data integration engineer, and I also have a M.A. degree in Economics from University of Bergen, where I studied cooperative information games. I am planning a book on the legislative and bureaucratic origins of consensus democracy and am working on several working papers.
I also love Jugendstil architecture, so you see a lot of examples on this web site. Most photos were taken in Helsinki, my hometown.
